Closer
She walked forward. With posture
straight, it felt as if she was a panther who was lurching on its prey, but
that was exactly what she was doing; wasn't she? With a smile plastered on her
face she made her way through the crowd. If anybody took a moment to observe,
they would realize that she wasn't in her usual self. She clearly had a motive
in her mind. But, what was it? She smiled slyly again with her eyes fixed
somewhere. She knew, wasn't that enough?
Dressed
in a long backless gown with an equally long slit, her clothes always made a
bold statement but then she wasn't timid too. Her makeup was bare minimal
except from the colour on her cheeks but that also wasn't because of some
cosmetics but was because of the thought she had in her mind. She stopped
suddenly. She could still eye what she wanted. She took a moment to appreciate
what was in front of her. A waiter passed and without a thought she took a wine
glass from the tray. She sipped it and licked her lips. Her lips got moist.
Though it was hard to make out what made them moist; was it her saliva or the
wine? However, did it make any difference? She was looking sensuous and she
knew it. She wasn't those types who was modest. She took another sip and set
the glass on the counter.
Suddenly
her eyes were locked with her target. She knew that the attention was on her so
she craftily broke the contact and started looking elsewhere. She had always
liked the chase. She looked back and realized that she could now proceed, so
she started walking again.
He
was standing amidst a crowd and from the look on his face she could make it
sure that he felt parched, not because he was thirsty but because he knew what
she had in mind. She stood inches apart from him and he stopped breathing. She
knew the power she had on him. He knew how weak she could make him feel. The
onlookers had question in their eyes as if they had missed an important piece
of conversation. They admired and desired her, she knew that but she... well,
she knew what she wanted.
"Care
for a dance?" even though it was an invitation, only he could read the
threat and sensuality that the invitation bore. Without a word he followed her
lead only to be closer to her. She had won again. He had lost again. But the
end result was the proximity that they both wanted.
Awesome...seemed like a plot of an English movie Where in the lady was just ready to go for his man....but rather than a romantic ending ..I was expecting something adventurous....but still a romantic proximity is a nice way to end....Good work girl...keep it up

DeleteIt’s like bleeding out of the lines. The piece is something that will help us EMBRACE our own vulnerability—Well done, Girl! And presenting this vulnerability with a tinge of seduction is like reliving the ‘pleasure’ soaked in pain.
